正常小鼠听觉脑干反应与中潜伏期反应的研究 被引量:3

摘要 用7S11A信息处理机对24只3种毛色小鼠测试了听觉脑干反应(ABR)和中潜伏期反应(MLR),得出小鼠ABR与MLR的正常参数.实验发现,小鼠的ABR可见到6个波,即波Ⅰ-波Ⅵ,其平均阈值为35.12±8.03db,与豚鼠的ABR平均阈值22.63dB相比有非常显著差导.小鼠ABR波Ⅰ-波Ⅵ潜伏期分别为1.30±8.03ms;2.02±0.24ms;2.9±0.27ms;3.80±0.24ms;4.87±0.42ms;5.83±0.40ms,性别、毛色对阈值及潜伏期无明显影响.小鼠的MLR波形与人的相似,其各波潜伏期为:P_o 3.94±1.76ms;P 8.38±1.57ms;Na 14.98±2.54ms;Pa 24.56±3.15ms.小鼠可作为听力学测试的实验动物.但由于受麻醉影响,小鼠MLR的Na,Pa波稳定性较差,需进一步探讨. The auditory brainstem responses (ABR) and middle latency responses (MLR) were recorded in 24 normal mice with 7S11A processor. The normal parameters of ABR and MLR were obtained. The results showed that mouse ABR had six waves, wave 1 to waveⅥ -The mean threshold was 35.12±8.03 dB, significantly different from 2163 dB of ABR in guinea pig The latency of mouse ABR from wave Ⅰ to wave Ⅵ was 1.30 ± 8.03 ms; 202 ± 0.24 ms; 2.90 ± 0.27 ms; 3.80 ± 0.24 ms; 4.87 ± 0.42 ms and 5.83± 0.40 ms respectively which were not affected by sex or strain. The MLR waveforms of mouse were similar to human's, the latency were Pc 3.94 ± 1.76 ms; P 8.38 ± 1.57 ms; Na 14.98 ± 154 ms; Pa 24.56 ± 3.15 ms. So the mouse can be used as an animal model in hearing research. Since the wave Na, Pa of MLR were unstable due to anesthesia, the testing condition of MLR in mouse should be further studied.
