摘要
目的通过透明质酸钠凝胶注射改善鼻形态,减轻患者心理压力,纠正心理障碍。方法2010年9月至2013年3月,对31例要求注射透明质酸钠凝胶进行鼻整形的患者进行问卷调查,了解患者基本社会信息,确认心理压力和心理障碍的来源。以1.0~1.5 mL透明质酸钠凝胶注射在鼻背和鼻尖部,改善鼻形态,术后定期随访1年。结果透明质酸钠凝胶注射后,患者对鼻形态满意,随访显示,术后1~6个月患者自信心提升,心理压力缓解,心理障碍获得纠正。结论透明质酸钠凝胶注射鼻整形能暂时纠正鼻形态不良所引起的心理障碍,缓解由此引起的心理压力。
Objective To improve the appearance of the nose by Hyaluronic acid（Restylane 2） injection for reducing psychological stress and overcoming psychological disorders.Methods From September 2010 to March 2013,31 patients requiring for rhinoplasty by Restylane 2 injection were investigated by questionnaire survey to acknowledge the basic social information of the patients and the causes of their psychological stress and psychological disorders.All the patients were injected by Restylane 2 with the dosage of 1.0-1.5 mL at the nasal dorsum and nasal tip and followed up for 1 year.Results Patients were satisfied with nasal shape,and their confidence was boosted.The injection of Restylane 2 reduced psychological stress and overcame psychological disorders in 1-6 months follow-up.Conclusion The injection of Restylane 2 in rhinoplasty can reduce psychological stress and overcome psychological disorders caused by the bad nose shape temporarily.
