摘要
目的探讨经皮微创接骨板技术(MIPPO)治疗胫骨长节段粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法自2010年8月至2012年3月,采用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨长节段粉碎骨折30例。结果全部病例获得随访,随访时间1~2年,平均1.5年。30例骨折均愈合。临床愈合时间12~24周(平均16周),无感染、畸形愈合及内固定失效等并发症。按Johner-Wruhs评分标准,优17例,良10例,可3例,优良率90%。结论 MIPPO治疗胫骨长节段粉碎骨折具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the minimal invasive percutaneous plate oeteosynthesis(MIPPO) in the treatment of long-segment comminuted fractures of tibia.Methods From August 2010 to March 2012,30 patients with long-segment comminuted fractures of tibia underwent oeteosynthesis using the MIPPO technique.Results All patients were followed up for 1 to 2.5 years(mean l.8 years).The bone healing time was l2 to 24 weeks(mean 16 weeks).No infection,malunion and ineffective internal fixation were observed.According to Johner-Wruhs’ criteria,there were excellent in 17 cases,good in 10,fair in 3.The ratio of excellent and good was 90%.Conclusion MIPPO is a safe and effective technique for treating the long-segment comminuted fractures of tibia,which have advantages of minimal invasion,steady fixation,lower infection rate,higher union rate and meet the request of biological fixation.
