关节镜下内侧半月板囊肿13例治疗体会

The Experience of 13 Cases of Medial Meniscal Cyst Treated by Arthroscopy

目的探讨关节镜治疗内侧半月板囊肿的临床疗效。方法2011年6月至2013年1月,我科采用关节镜治疗内侧半月板囊肿13例,术后随访3个月,观察治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分变化及临床疗效。结果术前Lysholm评分为49～77分,平均68.2±2.4分,术后为86～95分,平均91.1±1.7分,术后评分明显高于术前(P<0.05);根据Sarimo标准,本组中优10例,良3例,优良率100%。结论采用关节镜治疗内侧半月板囊肿,取代了传统的大切口囊肿及内侧半月板全切,最大程度地保留了正常半月板,并可同时行半月板损伤修复,术后疗效好,膝关节功能恢复好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medial meniscal cyst treated by arthroscopy.Methods From June 2011 to January 2013,13 cases of medial meniscal cyst were treated by arthroscopy.Lysholm score changes and clinical efficacy were observed with 3 months follow-up.Results The preoperative Lysholm score was from 49 to 77 with an average of 68.2 ±2.4 scores.The postoperative Lysholm score was from 86 to 95 with an average of 91.1 ±1.7 scores.Postoperative score was significantly higher than that before operation（P＆lt;0.05）.According to Sarimo standard,the results were excellent in 10 cases,good in 3 cases and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of medial meniscal cyst had replaced the traditional method.It can retain the normal meniscal as much as possible and repair the meniscal injury simutaneously.It can get a good curative effect and a good recovery of knee function.It is worthy introducing widely.
