牛血液采集及血清分离技术

Blood Collection and Serum Separation Technology of Cattle

各级畜牧兽医部门对牛采血及血清分离工作日趋频繁,但随着数量的增加,失败现象也日渐增多,从而导致养殖户反感,工作成本增加。因此,笔者根据自己20多年在此方面的一些体会,提出一些新的方法,以便提高工作效率。借鉴人用医学方面的技术,利用近年出现的一次性真空采血器和一次性注射器以及常规动物采血技术与离心分离技术等相结合的方法进行血清分离。采血及血清分离成功率100%。

At all-level department of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, blood collection and se- rum separation of livestock and poultry became more and more frequent. Together with the increased a mounts, the failure rate also increased, which resulted in farmers＇ antipathy and cost increase. Therefore a new method was proposed to improve working efficiency, in this aspect. Drawing lessons from techniques of human according to the author＇s 20-year-old experience medicine, disposable vacuum blood sampling de vice and single-use syringe were used in recent years, and conventional animal blood sampling technique was combined with centrifugal se lection and serum separation reac pa he ration for serum separation. As a result, the success rates of blood col d to 100%.
