Research on Modernization Evaluation Index System of Ningbo from the Perspective of International Port City

宁波市在"十二五"规划建议中提出了加快打造国际强港,加快构筑现代都市的发展目标,该发展战略需要一套现代化的指标体系作为战略控制工具.文章从国际港口城市角度出发,构建了评价宁波市现代化水平的指标体系,对其现代化中的关键薄弱环节进行了识别,希望对宁波市的现代化建设有所帮助.

In the Twelfth Five - Year Plan, Ningbo sets a goal of ＂ speeding up the construction of a strong international port and speeding up the building of a modern city＂. It follows that an evaluation index system is needed to act as strategic control tools. This paper develops an evaluation index system for Ningbo from the perspective of the international port city and identifies some critical weaknesses in the hope that it is helpful to the modernization drive of Ningbo.
