宫腹腔镜联合超声诊治Robert子宫一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，26岁，因“痛经11年，加重2年，伴月经量减少”于2012年10月19日收入院。患者初潮15岁，既往月经规律，经期7d，周期30d，经量中，痛经不重，无需药物处理。2年前孕早期行药物流产术1次，术后月经量减少为原来的1／4，持续2d，色黑，流出不畅，伴下腹坠痛，休息后无缓解。经期结束后仍间断腹痛，需口服止痛片缓解。1年前在外院行超声检查提示：
