右半结肠缺血性结肠炎一例
摘要
患者男，49岁，主因持续性全腹痛伴便血1d入院。于1d前无明显诱因出现全腹痛，以右下腹为主，呈阵发性绞痛，不能忍受，伴恶心、呕吐、腹泻，开始为黄色稀水样便，后为鲜红色血便，带血凝块，便后腹痛无缓解，就诊于外院，考虑“下消化道出血”，予以“止血、止痛、抗感染”等治疗症状未见缓解，
