掌骨软骨肉瘤一例

摘要患者男，61岁。右手外伤后局部肿块30年余，肿块迅速增大4个月，2012年12月来我院就诊。查体：右手手背第二掌骨处有一质硬肿块，约5cm×5cm大小，活动度差，局部肿胀明显，局部压痛，右食指活动稍受限，血运及感觉尚好，其他四指血运及活动良好。X线片（图1）及MRI示：
