对比剂肾病防治的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 对比剂肾病（contrast induced nephropathy，CIN），也称对比剂诱导急性肾损伤，是指在放射影像学检查和治疗过程中使用对比剂后出现的无其他原因可以解释的急性肾损害。近年来，随着经济的发展和人口老龄化，冠心病、2型糖尿病及与之相关的外周动脉闭塞性疾病的发生率逐年增高，因接受动脉造影和经皮动脉腔内介入治疗而使用对比剂的患者也不断增加。
