血管紧张素转换酶2与胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病 被引量:4

摘要 糖尿病(diabetes mellitus)是一种持续损害心血管系统、肾脏等重要脏器的慢性病,具有高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点,可导致高血压、心力衰竭、心肌梗死及脑中风等心脑血管并发症。糖尿病的重要特征是胰岛素不足,主要由于胰岛素释放减少或终末器官胰岛素抵抗。
