特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞和TGF-β1的检测及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者治疗前后外周血调节性T细胞(Treg)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的变化,探讨Treg细胞和TGF-β1在ITP发病中的可能作用。方法采集25例新诊断的ITP患者糖皮质激素治疗前、后和20例正常对照者的外周血标本,流式细胞术(FCM)检测Treg细胞比例,ELISA方法检测血清TGF-β1浓度。结果 25例ITP患者治疗前Treg细胞的比例为(1.67±0.79)%,明显低于正常对照组(3.84±1.49)%,治疗后为(2.52±1.15)%(P均<0.01),治疗后Treg细胞比例升高,但仍低于正常对照组(P<0.01);ITP治疗后完全反应组Treg细胞高于有效组和无效组(P均<0.01);治疗前血清TGF-β1的浓度[(627.7±72.8)ng/L]低于治疗后[(1141.5±125.6)ng/L]和正常对照组[(931.6±95.4)ng/L](P均<0.05),治疗后明显上升,高于正常对照组(P<0.05);ITP患者Treg细胞与TGF-β1无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Treg细胞和TGF-β1与ITP的发病及转归有关,糖皮质激素治疗可以增加Treg细胞数量和TGF-β1的浓度。
