摘要
金属包装能耗比重高,不利于回收利用,并且产能高于产量,产需严重失衡。金属包装企业向低碳包装升级转型,必须在坚持"5R"原则的基础上,通过完善低碳包装的法律法规;强化节能降耗减排;实施瓶罐轻量化生产;完善回收利用系统来实现。
Mental packing has the characteristics of high proportion of energy consumption, not easy to recycling, and higher capacity than production, imbalanced production and demand. On the base of adhering to the princi- ples of ＂SR＂, metal packaging enterprise will achieve upgrading and transformation to low carbon packaging through improving the laws and regulations of low - carbon packing; strengthening energy saving and emission reduction; implementing of lightweight bottles production as well as improving recycling system.
