Imported 168,500 Grandparental Breeding Layers in 2012

In 2012, China introduced 168,500 approximately grandparental breeding layers in total, 7 percent down compared with2011. The US is still China＇s biggest exporter for grandparental breeding layers. Among the total import, 122,000 are from US, accounting for 72 percent while 47,000 are from the Netherlands, accounting for 28 percent.
