摘要
研究采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法和个案研究法等研究方法,以华北地区12所"211工程"高校与29所普通本科院校的体育课程内容为研究对象,对高校体育课程内容存在问题进行了系统的分析,构建并实施了青少年体质健康综合干预方案。结果表明:1.现行大学课程内容存在课程内容设置较为丰富,覆盖面较宽,但有些内容未能很好的体现体育课程目标;过度关注大学生兴趣爱好,致使课程内容游离于锻炼效果;过分强调课程内容的娱乐性。2.青少年体质健康综合干预方案实施效果显著,加深了学生对体育锻炼的认识,提高了学生身体素质、培养了学生体育兴趣与陶冶了学生的情操;同时也反映了方案的不足自处与未来努力方向,为高校体育改革工作实践与理论研究提供参考。
This paper tries to build and carry out intervention programs for youth physical health based on the analysis of existing problems in College PE curriculum in 12 "Project 211" universities in North China and 29 undergraduate colleges via literature survey, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and case study. The results have shown that the content of the current PE curriculum is abundant and wide, but some content does not conform to the target; some pay too much attention to the students' interests but ignore the effect of exercises; some emphasize entertainment and so on. The implementation of the comprehensive intervention for youth physical health has significant effect, deepens students' understanding of physical exercise, improves students' physical fitness, cultivates students' interest and sentiments; also provides a reference for college sports reform practices and theories by finding out the shortage of the program and striving direction.
