摘要 γ-聚谷氨酸是一种由微生物发酵制备的氨基酸多聚物,主链上有很多游离羧基基团,易于修饰和交联.用γ-聚谷氨酸制得的水凝胶属于可降解的环境友好型水凝胶,具有生物相容性、细胞安全性、较好的溶胀性和pH敏感性等优点,在环境保护和生物医药方面有广泛的应用.综述了近年来γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶的物理和化学制备方法以及应用研究进展,并对其未来发展进行了展望. Poly(γ-glutamic acid)(γ-PGA) is an amino acid polymer produced by Bacillus subtilis with many free carboxyl groups in the main chain,and can be modified and crosslinked easily.The hydrogels prepared from γ-PGA are biodegradable and environment-friendly hydrogels with biocompatibility and cell security,and it was applied widely in the areas of environmental protection and biomedicine.Recent progress of the preparations,by the physical and chemical methods,and applications were summarized.Their developments in the future were predicted.
