摘要
在介绍河北省南水北调受水区废污水处理及利用现状的基础上,采用经验系数法预测了受水区2015年的污水排放量,另根据河北省“十二五”城镇污水处理及再生利用设施建设规划确定的水环境规划目标,计算了受水区2015年的污水处理量及利用量。构建了基于MIKEBASIN软件的水资源优化配置模型WOMMB(WaterOptimiza—tionModelBasedMIKEBASIN),实现不同水源在受水区的优化配置、保证受水区用水需求的同时,最大程度的提高了再生水利用量、降低了地下水开采量,对“十二五”期间河北省南水北调受水区污水再生利用进行了合理规划。
This paper,introducing the status quo of sewage treatment and utilization in Hebei Region of the South-to-North Water Diversion Pro- ject,predicted the discharging volume of sewage water of Hebei region in 2015 by the experience coefficient method,calculated the sewage load and the wastewater reuse amount of the region in 2015 on the basis of the water environmental planning objective in the Construction Planning for the Town-level Sewage Treatment and Utilization Projects in Hebei Province during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period (2011-2015), con- structed WOMMB(Water Optimization Model Based on MIKE BASIN), achieved the water resources optimization and ensured the water de- mands of Hebei region. At the same time, the construction of WOMMB maximized the reclaimed water dosage, reduced the amount of groundwa- ter exploitation,and made a reasonable plan of the urban sewage reused in Hebei region of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period.
