摘要
在单位用水量测定过程中难免会存在误差,而这些误差对单位用水量测定结果的影响尚不可知。文章分别从称的精度、含气量、材料密度、温度等多个单一因素或组合因素对单位用水量的影响进行分析研究。研究结果表明上述因素对单位用水量测定均有不同程度的影响,其中含气量与天平的组合因素对单位用水量影响最大,温度影响最小。研究结论对水灰比的测定具有指导意义。
It's hard to avoid the errors during the process of the unit water consumption test, and the effect of these errors to the results of the test is unknown. This article analyzed the influence on unit water consumption separately from many a single-factor or combination factors as the precision of the weighing instrument, air content, material density, temperature, etc. The results show that the above factors all have dif- ferent impacts on the test, of which, the combination factor of air content and the balance has the biggest impact on unit water consumption, while the temperature's influence is minimal. The results have a guiding significance for the determination of water cement ratio.
