Thinking on the Unit Price Adjustment of Stonework Excavating from Tunnel by TBM Construction in Daban Tunnel of Xinjiang

通过对定额重新分析法、系数调整法、实际成本分析法、实际投入与平均进尺综合分析法等优缺点的对比分析，结合工程实例材料消耗、平均进尺等数据分析统计，探讨了TBM隧洞施工因地质发生变化引起石方洞挖单价调整思路，提出采用实际投入与平均进尺综合分析法调整石方洞挖单价具体过程，并总结存在问题及经验，为TBM施工隧洞合同费用分歧的处理提供参考。

Based on comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, such as quota re-analysis, coefficient adjust- ment method, the actual cost analysis, comprehensive analysis on the actual expenses and average drilling footage and so on, combined with an engineering material consumption, the average footage and other data analysis statistics, the thinking on the unit price adjustment of stonework excavating from tunnel by TBM construction due to geological changes is discussed. The specific process is proposed using the comprehensive a- nalysis on the actual expenses and average drilling footage to adjust the unit price of stonework excavating from tunnel, and the problems and ex- perience are summarized. It will provide a reference for the processing of TBM tunnel contract cost differences.
