基于Profibus—DP和GPRS的农村饮水安全工程控制系统设计

摘要 针对农村饮水安全工程设备多且设备相距较远、传输数据多的特点,选用西门子S7—1200PLC和ProfibueDP现场总线技术来构建主从结构的自动控制系统;通过西门子MD720—3和SINAUTMICROSC组建GPRS网络实现净水站、加压泵站与管理单位间的数据交换。该设计在甘肃灵台县的实际应用不仅满足了饮水工程对生产自动化的要求,而且提高了数据传输的实时性和可靠性,同时也极大地提高了管理单位的管理水平。 Because there are many far apart drinking water engineering equipments with data needed to be transferred, it selects the Siemens S7- 1200 PLC and Profibue DP fieldbus technology to build the master-slave structure of automatic control system. It realized the data transmission among water purification station, pumping station and management unit by Siemens MD720-3 and SINAUT MICRO SC formation through GPRS network. The practical application of the design in Gansu province not only meets the requirements of production automation for the drinking water projects, and improves the real-time performance and reliability of the data transmission, but atso greatly improves the manage- ment level of the management unit.
