浅谈价格调整指数方法的应用

南水北调中线干线大型水利价格调整在工程进度管理、质量管理及投资管理中起着关键性的作用。通过工程的实例，对价格调整指数法和造价信息调整法的对比解析，以及对价格指数法的实际应用和总结。浅谈价格调整指数方法中，影响价格调整的关键性因素的分析，并重点对价格指数的应用环境、公平及合理性，调价因子的权重、价格指数的计算及采用进行透彻分析。最终通过工程实践证明在一些大型工程环境下，价格调整采用价格指数法的合理性、公平性、科学性、适用性。

Price adjustment plays a key role in large-scale project schedule management, quality management and investment management. In this paper, through the example of a large-type water conservancy project, in the practical work of price adjustment index method and cost informa- tion method, analytical comparison, and the practical application of the price index method and summary are carried out. A brief discussion on the price adjustment index method, the analysis on the influence of key factors of price adjustment, and focus on the application environment, the price index of fairness and rationality, calculating the price factor weight, price index and the thorough analysis are done. Finally the paper proves the price index method is reasonable, fair, scientific and applicable in some large-type project environments.
