浅议南水北调中线工程京石段运行管理工程巡视

Work Experience of Engineering Inspections for the Operation and Management of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section in the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion

工程巡视对控制南水北调工程安全至关重要。结合京石段工程实际工作经验，对有不同的巡视内容的各工程部位，应有巡视侧重点并采用正确的方法，结合安全监测结果开展巡视，提高巡视效率，发现问题及时采取措施处理，以达到能够发现工程缺陷，消除或降低安全隐患概率的目的。

Engineering inspections are critical to the security control of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Combined with practical work experience in Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section, the paper proposed some measures as the inspections focus should vary and use the correct way for an inspection according to different inspection contents on each project site. Combined with the results of safety monitoring, the inspections are to improve efficiency, to find problems and to take timely measures to eliminate or reduce the safety risk probability,
