Flood Prevention and Management in the Baoding Section of the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion

防汛管理直接关乎工程安全、通水安全和人员安全，是南水北调中线京石段工程运行管理工作的一项重要内容。分析了南水北调中线京石保定段工程防汛的现状和存在的问题，提出工程防汛的任务和重点部位，并提出加强防汛管理的相关措施。

Flood prevention and management is directly related to the safeties of engineering, water diversion and personnel, and is an important element of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section operation and management work in the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion. This article analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of flood prevention in Baoding Section,and proposes the tasks and key parts of the flood prevention. Furthermore, some useful measures taken to strengthen flood prevention are offered and suggested.
