承德市京津风沙源治理水利项目的管理

Management of Water Projects for Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Source Control in Chengde City

2000年以来，承德市京津风沙源治理工程取得了显著生态效益、经济效益和社会效益，按照基建项目管理要求，分析了项目管理、工程设计、工程实施、工程验收和后评估阶段等方面的一些亟待解决的管理和技术问题，对此进行了分析总结，提出了改进建议和要求。使京津风沙源治理工程按照基建的标准执行，为促进治沙二期工程的顺利实施提供指导意见。

Since 2000, Beijing-Tianjin sandstorm source control project of Chengde City have achieved significant ecological, economic and social benefits. In accordance with the requirements of infrastructure project management, we have analyzed and summarized some managerial and technical problems needed to be solved in the aspects of project management, engineering design, project implementation, project acceptance, and post-evaluation phase, and proposed recomme^dations for improvements and requirements, which can make the sandstorm source control project of Beijing-Tianjin be in accordance with the standards of infrastructure to promote the smooth implementation of the second phase project and provide valuable guidance.
