Discussion on Tendering and Bidding in Water and Soil Conservation Project

水土保持生态环境工程建设列入国家基本建设项目后，招标投标工作在积极推行中。在多年实施水土保持生态环境工程建设过程中，针对招标投标工作中存在的问题提出相关的建设性意见，以便在今后的同类工作中与同仁相互探讨，改进今后的水土保持招标投标工作。

After the ecological environment construction of soil and water conservation project belongs to the national basic construction project, the work for tendering and bidding is smoothly push forward. In this paper, based on multi-year involvement in implementation of ecological en- vironment construction of soil and water conservation project, aiming at the existing problems in the tendering and bidding, the author proposes some suggestions to discuss with the colleagues to improve the work of tendering and bidding of soil and water conservation in the future.
