易县水土保持小流域治理实践与探索

Exploration and Practice of Soil and Water Conservation of the Small Watershed Management in Yixian County

易县是山区大县，水土流失严重。通过采取规模化治理、打造精品工程、以短养长、加强科技支撑、创新机制等举措，高质量完成了33个重点小流域的综合治理，水土流失得到有效控制，生态环境持续改善，取得了显著的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益，为山区的小流域水保生态建设提供了有益的借鉴。

Yixian County is a county covering large mountainous area. Soil erosion is very serious there. By taking large-scale management, crea- ting fine works, combining planting trees with planting grass or similar plants growing beneath the taller trees, enhancing the support by science and technology, innovating mechanism and other measures, we have accomplished 33 key small watersheds comprehensive management in high quality, resulting in soil erosion effectively under control and eco-environment improvement. It had made significant ecological, economic and so- cial benefits, providing the beneficial reference for the small watershed of water conservation ecological construction in mountainous regions.
