摘要
为满足工业监测指标多元化、站点管理集中化、数据传输实时性要求,构建一种基于分布式网络的并行多通道数据采集系统。远端数据服务中心与监测站点通过GPRS建立数据传输网络,现场监测站点具备网络管理、同步接收监测点数据及实时监测采集状态等功能。采集器硬件采用FPGA与嵌入式PC模块相结合,采用SRAM双缓存机制实现8通道高速同步采集。采用基于VC++多线程技术的网络管理机制,大幅提高了系统采样率指标,应用LabWindows/CVI集成化仪器控件完成信号分析。经仿真实验和应用于轨道监测领域,该系统稳定可靠、扩充性强、维护性好,实现了对多站点、多通道远程在线实时监测。
This paper proposes the multi-channel parallel data acquisition system based on distribution networkwhich is targeted for the demand of multi-index collection,integration of station management and real-time data transmission.With GPRS the wireless network of data transmission is connected between the remote data service center and the on-site unit.When the on-site monitoring unit is built to handle network management,simultaneous collection of data from each station and real-time monitoring for state of every data collection,the collection station is constructed to combine FPGA with embedded PC modules,and it presents high-speed synchronous data collection from eight channels by cache mechanism based on double SRAM.Multi-thread technology of VC++,so that the sampling rate of the system is improved to a higher stage.Furthermore,the signal processing is completed by using instrument control integrated in LabWindows/CVI.The simulation experiment and application show thatthe track monitoring system is reliable,extensible and maintainable.The system proposed also realizes the remote online monitoring for multi-station and multi-channel data acquisition.
