摘要
设计了一种基于功率MOSFET并联的高稳定度大电流恒流源,其电流在0~10A范围内连续可调。详细分析了该电路的工作原理,公式推导,并对电路关键元件的选择和电路实际应用中所注意的问题进行了说明。本文用PSPICE电路仿真软件对恒流源电路进行了仿真分析。对所设计的恒流源电路进行了测试,测试结果表明:该电路输出电流稳定度优于0.5‰,电流纹波小,长时间工作可靠性高。
In this paper,a high stable large current constant source is presented,which is based on power MOSFET parallel connection,and its current could be continuous adjusted between 0~10A.The working principle of the designed constant-current circuitry is analyzed in detail and deduced mathematically,and the choice of critical elements and the problems in the practical application of circuit have been explained properly as well.With the performance of the designed constant-current source tested,the results indicate that the stability of this design is better than 0.5‰,and the system has a small ripple and high reliability with long time work.
