摘要
目的:了解公交司机职业人群的健康状况。方法:收集2011年987例公交司机体检资料,分析各种疾病的检出情况及相关因素。结果:93.62%的公交司机存在着不同程度健康问题,体检结果2项以上异常者占90.07%,其中体检结果单项统计异常率>20%的有血脂异常、甲状腺结节、高血压、脂肪肝、肥胖超体重、慢性咽炎、肝功能异常,分别占53.19%、36.17%、28.77%、23.40%、22.80%、21.38%、20.06%。结论:血脂异常、甲状腺结节、慢性咽炎、以及男性的高血压、脂肪肝、肥胖超体重、肝功能异常,女性的乳腺疾病、妇科疾病已成为公交司机的主要疾病,提示该职业人群的健康普遍存在问题,应引起高度重视。
Objective To study the occupational health status of bus drivers. Methods We collected 987 bus drivers＂ physical examination data in 2011 ,and analyzed the detection rate and relevant factors of several kinds of disease. Re- sults 93.62% of bus drivers had various degrees of health problems. Bus drivers with two physical examination parameters abnormal accounted for 901 07 % ,while unit factor statistical result showed that abnormal detection rates for dyslipidemia, thyroid nodule, high blood pressure, fatty liver, obesity and overweight, chronic pharyngitis, and liver function abnormal were 53.19% ,36.17% ,28.77% ,23.40; ,22.80% ,21.38% ,20.06%,respectively,all above 20;. Conclusions Dyslipidemia,thyroid nodule,chronic pharyngitis,and male＇s high blood pressure,fatty liver and liver function ab- normal, female＇s mammary gland diseases, gynecological diseases are the main diseases of bus drivers, suggesting that there are pervasive health problems of this occupational population,which must be paid enough attention to.
