松花粉治疗复发性口腔溃疡188例临床研究

Clinical study for pine pollen on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers

目的观察松花粉治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将372例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为2组。对照组184例给予西药抗生素+激素+维生素外用+维生素B2口服治疗,治疗组188例予松花粉外用+内服治疗。观察2组治疗后的平均溃疡期变化情况,并跟踪调查1年总间歇时间及总溃疡数量变化情况。结果治疗组局部治疗有效率为93.6%,对照组为91.8%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组全身总有效率91.5%,对照组全身总有效率48.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组全身临床疗效优于对照组。结论松花粉治疗复发性口腔溃疡远期疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pine pollen on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ul- cers. Methods 372 patients with recurrent oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group（ n = 184） were treated with western medicine antibiotics ,hormones and vitamin. The patients in treatment group （n = 188 ） were treated with pine pollen. The changes of the average ulcer period, changes of total intermittent time and total number of ulcers were observed after treatment. Results After the local treatment, the efficiency of the treatment group was 93.6% ,and the efficiency of the control group was 91.8%. It showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total body effective rate of the treatment group was91.5% , and the total body effective rate of the control group was 48.9 %. There were obvious differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Pine pollen has definite effect on treating and preventing recurrent oral ulcers.
