汽车轮毂轴承单元带凸缘内圈的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据轮毂轴承单元的实际工作情况,运用Catia与ANSYS Workbench进行有限元协同仿真分析,并通过对比2种不同唇边的带凸缘内圈的力学性能得出:唇边倒角后,唇边所受等效应力增大,带凸缘内圈所受最大等效应力减小,最大等效应力出现在其根部,最大值为303.0 MPa。因此,对轮毂轴承单元带凸缘内圈的唇边进行适当倒角,可减小其最大等效应力,增加轮毂轴承单元的寿命及可靠性。 According to the actual working conditions of hub bearing units, the finite element co - simulation analysis is carried out by Catia and ANSYS Workbench. The mechanical properties of two different lips of inner ring with flange are compared. The results show that when the lips are chamfered, the equivalent stress of lips is increased, but the maximum equivalent stress which appears in the root of inner ring with flange is decreased, and the maximum value is 303.0 MPa. Therefore, the maximum equivalent stress is reduced and the life and reliability of the hub bearing units are increased when the lips are appropriately chamfered.
