摘要
利用Fluent软件对电液比例调速阀节流阀芯内部流场进行仿真模拟,针对不同阀口开度下节流阀流场进行仿真分析,得出阀芯壁面的压力分布情况及稳态液动力特性,分析比较了稳态液动力的流场计算和理论公式计算结果,为阀的使用与性能优化提供依据。
The simulation of internal flow about the spool in electro-hydraulic proportional flow regulating valve was accomplished by using Fluent software. The pressure distribution of the valve wall and the flow force characteristic were obtained based on analyzing with simulation for different opening of spool displacement. The calculation results of the steady flow force field and the theoretical formula were analyzed with comparison. It provides foundation for the application and performance optimization of the valve.
