摘要
超声波振动镗孔有传统镗孔无法比拟的优点,但当刀具与切削速度同向振动时,由于进给运动使得刀具与加工表面、已加工表面都有不同程度的干涉。这种干涉对加工表面质量、刀具耐用度有一定的影响。为有效解决这些问题,研究干涉现象及其影响因素,给出干涉程度的理论分析,建立了数学公式,并提出了解决干涉的方法。
Ultrasonic vibration boring has many advantages comparing with traditional boring. Because of the feed motion, when the tool vibration direction and the cutting speed direction are in the same direction, the tool will interfere with the machined surface. This interference has some influence on machined surface quality and the tool life. The interference and its influencing factors were studied, the theoretical analysis of the interference was given, the mathematical formula was established and the solving method for in- terference was also presented.
