摘要
针对当前用普通车床加工Lebus绳槽的不足,提出一种基于运动同步跟随技术的数控加工方法,并给出了实现同步跟随运动的详细轨迹规划算法。仿真与实验结论表明,该方法能很好地满足Lebus绳槽的数控加工要求。
Aiming at the shortcoming of Lebus grooving with conventional lathe, a new NC machining method was put forward based on synchronously following technology, and the detailed algorithm was explained. The results of simulation and testing show that the method is effective in Lebus grooving by NC.
