摘要
针对目前国内磨加工主动测量控制仪普遍存在着测量精度较低、显示不够直观、设置调整不方便及系统安全性问题,在研究现有主动测量控制仪的结构及功能的基础上,以测量精度高、反应速度快、智能化程度高为目标,基于组态王和VB对DDE的支持,并利用组态王的配方管理功能,提出主动量仪的一种新的数据处理方法。研究成果对于磨加工主动测量控制仪的研发和生产具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
Against the existing problems of the domestic grinding active measurement and control instrument, such as the low measuring accuracy, the indirect view, the inconvenience of setting and adjusting and the system security, a new-style active measuring controller was designed and exploited by Kingview. Through studies in the structure and functions of the existing active measuring con- trollers, t.aking high-accuracy, high-speed reaction and high-intelligence degree as goal, Kingview recipe management features were used to make a new data processing method for the active measuring instrument. The research results have theoretical significance and useful value to the development and production of active measuring controllers.
