基于模糊控制的微控单车试风系统设计

摘要 单车试风系统是通过检测制动管和制动缸的压力来检查列车制动机的性能,使制动机性能可靠,满足铁路车辆的运行要求。介绍一种基于模糊控制的微控单车试风系统的设计原理、结构方案。该系统由工业级可编程控制器(PLC)、高精度压力传感器、触摸屏、电磁阀、无线通讯模块及管理服务器构成,采用模糊控制器调节系统风压。实验结果表明:该系统可靠性高,达到测试精度要求。 Through detecting the brake pipe and brake cylinder pressure, single-car brake tester system is used to check the per- formance of train brake to meet the requirements of railway vehicle operation. The design principle and structure scheme of microcom- puter controlled single-car brake tester based on fuzzy control were introduced. The system consisted of industrial PLC, high precision pressure sensor, touch screen, electromagnetic valve, wireless communication module and a management server. Fuzzy controller was used to adjust the system pressure. Experimental results show that: the system has high reliability and the testing accuracy can be achieved.
