摘要 针对精密机械加工对环境温湿度要求较高的问题,设计一种恒温湿度空调间测控系统。采用DHT11数字温湿度传感器测量空调间环境温湿度,由STC10F04XE单片机对其进行读写及判断操作,通过CH451数码管显示驱动芯片实时显示检测数据,使用ULN2003控制温湿度调节设备,从而实现温湿度的自动调节。实验结果表明:采用恒温湿度测控系统可明显提高精密卧式加工中心加工精度。该测控系统维护方便、体积小、功耗低、电路简易,且具有较好的扩展性。 A measurement and control system of constant humiture used in air conditioning room was designed to solve the problem of high requirements about environmental humiture during precision machining. DHT11 digital humiture sensor was used to meas- ure the environmental humiture of air conditioning room, STC10F04XE single chip microcomputer was used to read, write and judge the operation, CH451 digital display tube was used to drive chip to realize real-time display of detection data, ULN2003 was used to control the humiture conditioning equipment, so as to realize the automatic regulation of humiture. The experimental results show that the measurement and control system of constant humiture can be used to improve the accuracy of precision horizontal machining center obviously. The measurement and control system is maintained conveniently with small volume, low power consumption, simple circuit and good expansibility.
