摘要
针对比例阀控液压缸系统,应用AMESim仿真软件,对系统动态特性进行仿真。由控制策略出发,使用遗传算法对影响液压缸位置精度的PID控制器参数进行了优化。仿真结果表明:优化后的参数改善了系统性能,取得了较好的效果。
Focus on the performance of proportional valve controlled cylinder, by using AMESim simulation software, dynamic performance of the system was simulated. Starting by the control strategy, using genetic algorithm, the PID parameters affecting the hydraulic cylinder position accuracy were optimized. The simulation results show that the using the optimized parameters, system performance can be improved, and excellent results are achieved.
