摘要 研究了基于三闭环控制的三相脉宽调制(PWM)整流技术及其在蓄电池充电中的应用。该整流装置应用预测电流控制技术来校正网侧电压电流相位,提高整流装置的功率因数并降低网侧电流谐波含量,实现绿色能量传递。充电控制系统中引入三闭环(电流外环、电压内环和电流内环)调节实现恒流充电。此整流技术在蓄电池充电环节摈弃了传统蓄电池充电装置中DC/DC变换电路部分,将PWM整流器直流输出电压可调性直接用于蓄电池充电。最后在20 kW纯阻性负载下为17块铅酸蓄电池组进行充电实验,实验结果也直接验证了此种充电方式的可行性及优越性。 Three-phase pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier technology based on three closed-loop control and it's application in battery charging are studied.The phase of voltage and current at the side of grid is corrected by predictive current control technique, which could improve the power factor of the rectifier and reduce the current harmonic content in the grid-side ,then the green power transmitting is realized.In the controlling system, three closed-loop regulation is used to realize the constant current charging, they are current outer loop, voltage inner loop and current inner loop.The battery charging device studied abandons DC/DC converter circuit part in the traditional battery charging device,output voltage's adjustability of PWM rectifier is fully utilized, and PWM rectifier is used for battery charging directly.An experiment where 17 batteries are charged in case of 20 kW resistive load are done in the laboratory.The experimental results indicate this charging mode is feasibility and superiority.
