摘要
研究了一种分布式DC/DC变换器系统的自动交错并联控制技术,提出了基于数字控制的自动交错并联方案。与固定相数的交错并联方案相比,该方案可以调整交错并联信号的交错角度来适应工作的相数,保证切相后输出电流纹波不会大幅变化,从而使得滤波器的设计获得了一致性。同时根据负载电流的大小,来控制工作的相数,使得每相DC/DC变换器工作在其最佳效率点,拓宽了整个负载区间的效率。最后研制了一台基于该控制方案的6相DC/DC模块并联系统,进行了实验验证。
A kind of automatic interleaving approach based on digital-control of distributed power system of DC/DC converters is introduced.Compared to conventional approach,it has the ability of automatically accommodating variables of converter cells and making sure the output current ripple wiU not substantially change, so that the design of the filter get a proper consistency.At the same time, according to the measurement of the load current to control the number of converter cells, then each phase DC/DC converter working at its best efficiency point and broadens the efficiency of the entire load range.A six-cell DC/I)C module parallel system is designed on mentioned approach and some experiments are made.The experimental results show that this approach is feasible.
