基于真空同步开关的智能柱上动态无功补偿器

摘要 设计了一种新型智能型柱上机械投切电容器无功补偿设备。该设备首次将选相投切真空永磁断路器应用于户外柱上投切并联电容器。利用真空断路器开断能力强、分散性小、安全可靠的特点,实现了户外柱上无功补偿领域技术的突破。选用浮点DSP作为控制核心,对电容器组进行选相投切。动作时间自适应补偿,提高选相投切时间精度,抑制了电容器投切产生的过电压和涌流。相对于传统的户外无功补偿设备,此系统可靠性高,过电压和涌流小,损耗小,成本低,填补了国内户外无功补偿领域选相投切技术的空白。 A new type intelligent outdoor pole-mounted mechanical switching capacitor reactive power compensation device is developed.The first time synchronous vacuum circuit breaker is used in outdoor switching capacitors.The use of vacuum circuit breaker which is safe and reliable with great breaking capacity, small dispersion ,to achieve the technological breakthroughs in the field of outdoor reactive power compensation.Floating-point DSP is uesd as the control core to switch capacitor banks.Neural network technology is used to compensate action time.It improves the precision of swithing time, suppresses the overvohage and inrush current generated by switching capacitor.The device has high reliability,low overvoltage and inrush current,low energy loss,and low cost.Equipment fills the blank of domestic outdoor field of reactive power compensation selected congenial cutting technology.
