浅谈从医院管理角度改善医患沟通 被引量:9

摘要 医院是医患沟通的参与者,是医患沟通平台的提供者,也是利益攸关者。但一些医务人员由于缺乏医患沟通技巧或者不够重视医患沟通等原因,加之患者对医学知识认知程度低、对医院流程不熟悉等,致使医患沟通出现问题,影响医患关系和谐。建议从医院管理层面采取措施,改善医患沟通。主要有:加强医务工作者沟通技巧培训;开展诊前诊后沟通;将医患评价加入医生考评;加强医院精神文化建设;普及医疗知识;设立"医院开放日";加强医政沟通建设;设立医患沟通室。 Hospital is the participant of doctor-patient communication, the provider of the doctor-patient communication platform, and stakeholders. However, some problems in doctor-patient relationship are caused by the lack of communication skills or not enough emphasis on doctor-patient communication in doctors, as well as the low degree of medical knowledge and medical processes in patients. In this paper, the authors proposed that the hospital administration could be improved to resolve the problems. The points are : strengthen the training of medical staff's communication skills; communication before and after clinical diagnosis; put the patient evaluation in the doctor assessment ; strengthen hospital spirit culture construction ; popularize medical knowledge ; set up "Hospital Open Day" ; strengthen the communication between hospital and government; set up the doctor- patient communication room.
