摘要
目的了解不同层次护生对生活护理的认同情况,以期提高护理质量。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查在该院实习的95名本科护生、76名大专护生、116名中专护生对生活护理的认同情况。结果本科护生对生活护理知识的认同虽然高于大中专护生,但对实施生活护理的认同低于大中专护生,护生对实施生活护理的认同普遍偏低(P<0.05)。结论临床护理教育工作者应注重从思想上加深护生对生活护理的认识,提高其认同水平,促进职业素质的养成。
Objective:To understand the different levels of nursing students tor recognition ot life care, so as to improve the quality of care. Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on the recognition of life care was investigated among 95 nursing undergraduates,76 nursing college students, 116 secondary school students in our hospital. Results:Although the recognition of knowledge of life care of nursing undergraduate is better than that of college nursing students and secondary school students, but their implementation is worse than that of the nursing college students and secondary school students ; the implementation of life care of the intern nurses is generally low ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Clinical nursing educators should focus on ideologically changing the nursing students of understanding of life care, to improve their recognition of the level and promote the professional quality.
