摘要
文章论述了建设有层次的高校图书馆知识服务产品体系及其服务模式,探讨用户、馆员、知识库三者在知识服务过程中的交互关系,并简述了评价知识服务的内容,包括从用户满意度的角度进行评价以及在知识服务过程中馆员要进行自我评价。
This article expounds the system and mode of knowledge service products, probes the interrelationships between each two of the users, librarians and information resources in the process of service carried out by libraries. The contents of assessment for knowledge service, the index of readers' satisfaction and self- assessment of librarians are also briefly discussed in the article.
