基于高校图书馆文化和高校图书馆核心竞争力的内涵解读,阐明高校图书馆文化对提升高校图书馆核心竞争力的积极作用和消极作用,并建立高校图书馆管理制度文化、读者服务文化和学术研究文化的建设模式,以求促进高校图书馆核心竞争力的提升和促进高校图书馆事业健康发展。

Based on the interpretation of the connotation of the core competitiveness of university library, this paper makes an analysis of both the positive and negative roles of the university culture in the upgrading the core competitiveness of the library. In order to upgrade the core competitiveness of university libraries, and to promote the healthy development of the library cause, the culture of management system, the construction mode of reader service and academic researches should be established in university libraries.
