摘要
根据血液流变学理论和统计学原理编制出计算机软件,提供一种方法,给出了判断锥板粘度计检测全血粘度可靠性的判据,保证了检测的精度,并由此给出Casson粘度与Casson屈服值的数值。此外还由测得的高切粘度,中切粘度,低切粘度,血浆粘度,红细胞压积,红细胞电泳时间,纤维蛋白原,红细胞沉降率等,给出高切、中切、低切还原粘度,红细胞刚性指数,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞电泳率,血沉方程K值。总计输出19项结果,从而获取了更多重要信息。因此,本软件的应用把血液流变学的研究与检测工作提高到一个新的水平。
Based on the theory of hemorrheology and principle of statistics, a computer software was designed to provide a method for judging the reliability of blood viscosity test by cone-plate viscometer, thus assured the precision of Casson viscosity test and Casson yield test And the high, middle and low shear rates reduced viscosity, crythrocyte index of rigidity, erythrocyte aggregational index, erythrocyte electro-phoresis rate, and K index of erythrocyte sedimentation equation could all be calculated from the tested values of blood viscosity at high, middle and low shear rates, and values of plasma viscosity, hematocrit, crythrocyte clectrophoresis time, fibrinogen content, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Therefore, by using this newly designed software, an output of 19 parameters could be obtained, from which more important information might be included.
