摘要
通过仿真系统的研究与实现能够完成示教编程中桁架机器人在加工过程中的仿真运动过程。文章首先对应用于数控加工生产线的桁架机器人进行分析,将其模块化,然后利用UG对桁架机器人进行建模;通过对加工生产线的工作流程的分析,得到桁架机器人的运动过程;通过Open CASCADE几何内核与MFC框架的结合,以离线示教编程的形式进行三维实体模型的运动学仿真以及界面设计,最后,完成整个软件系统的开发。
Through research and implementation of the simulation system to complete the process of teaching programming and truss robot simulation movement in the machining process. This paper analyzed the truss robot used in CNC machining production line in modular manner firstly, and then the truss robot was modeled by UG; Getting the motion process of the truss robot by analyzing the CNC machi- ning production line; through the combination of the MFC framework and Open CASCADE geometric kernel, with the motion simulation of 3D solid model and interface design in form of offline teaching pro- gramming. Finally, complate the development of this simulation system.
