摘要 为实现CNC系统运行过程中优良的升降速控制,需将EMC2系统自带的T形加减速控制算法改造成S形加减速控制算法。在分析了开源数控软件EMC2的软件构架、轨迹规划原理和源码程序之后,针对传统的S形加减速控制算法存在条件判断与计算复杂,加速度曲线不够平滑和加加速度存在突变的缺点,文中提出了一种新的S形加减速控制算法并应用到EMC2中。经过试验平台的实际测试,证明改造后的算法能够使机床具有满足高速加工要求的柔性加减速特性。 In order to achieve excellent acceleration and deceleration control of the CNC system in running process, T-shaped acceleration and deceleration control algorithm for EMC2 system needs to be transformed into the S-shaped acceleration and deceleration control algorithm. After analysis of the software architecture, trajectory planning principle and source programs of the open source CNC software EMC2 for traditional S-shaped acceleration and deceleration control algorithm exists shortcomings of complex judgment and calculation, the acceleration curve not smooth enough and the mutations of jerk, propose a kind of new S-shaped acceleration and deceleration control algorithm applied to EMC2. After actual tests on the test platform the algorithm proves that the transformation enables the machine has flexi- ble acceleration and deceleration characteristics to meet the requirements of high-speed machining.
