摘要
构建了盘式螺栓组连接有限元模型;运用ANSYS设置载荷步模拟螺栓组分步拧紧全周期;通过对多次分步加载仿真计算得到:分步拧紧会降低螺栓间残余预紧力分布不均的程度,改善结合面的应力分布状况。并得到了残余预紧力和结合面接触应力的标准差随分步加载步数的变化规律。进而用此规律对某型发动机盘式螺栓组现有拧紧工艺进行优化,ANSYS仿真结果表明优化后工艺较原工艺拧紧效果更好,对工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
Achieving uniform bolt preload is difficult when tightening a group of bolts. This paper constructs the bolt-joint group finite element model of the disc and simulates the bolt fractional tightening process by using ANSYS. Through times of simulation, the following conclusions can be drawn: Fractional tightening can improve the residual pre-loads distribution between different bolts and make the con- tact pressure homogeneous. On the calculation of the residual pre-loads and contact pressure standard de- viation, it finds that the SD becomes smaller and smaller as the LS increase. Based on the regulations concluded, this paper puts forward a optimized bolt-tightening strategy for the disc. By means of ANSYS simulation, it finds that the new strategy has a positive effect on engineering application.
