摘要
为了提高双圆弧齿轮传动的设计质量,依据齿轮啮合原理、双圆弧齿轮的设计理论和方法,建立同时追求齿面相对主曲率最小、在一定范围内的纵向重合度最大、齿轮传动总体积最小的约束多目标优化设计数学模型。给出了约束3目标粒子群优化设计方法。借助于MATLAB编制优化设计程序,对范例进行分析计算。优化过程及结果表明,改进的约束多目标粒子群优化方法能够有效地提高产品的综合经济技术指标。
For improving the design quality of the gear drive with double circular-arc teeth profile, the mathematical model for constrained multi-objective optimization was established and the model satisfied three constrains: minimize the relative main curvature of teeth profile, maximize the longitudinal degree of coincidence in the range, minimize the total volume of the gear drive. The paper offered a new design model for constrained three-objective particle swarm optimization. The example was analyzed and the op- timization design program was written using Matlab. The optimization' s process and result showed that the method of improved constrained multi-objective particle swarm optimization could increase effectively the products' synthesize economical and technical indexes.
